How to delete your CardboardTens account

CardboardTens, by [COMPANY NAME]

You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the app. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.

On the website

1. Sign in with the same Google, Apple or Discord account you use for CardboardTens.
2. Open Manage Account (in More, or the account menu at the top right).
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm.

In the app

1. Open the More tab.
2. Choose Manage Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Before you delete: cancel any subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Apple, Google and Stripe keep billing until you cancel. Cancel it first from Subscription (Manage subscription), or in your App Store or Google Play settings.

What is deleted

Your account is deleted straight away, together with:

• your email address, profile picture link and linked sign-in services;
• your lists, the cards on them, and lists you follow;
• your inventories and their history;
• your trades, and the trade photos stored with them;
• your settings, plan records, daily usage counts and every signed-in session.

We also ask our subscription provider, RevenueCat, to delete its customer record for your account. Recent searches and the offline card catalog are kept only on your phone and are never sent to us: clear recent searches in the app’s Settings, or delete the app to remove both.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Copies in our database backups, for up to [BACKUP RETENTION PERIOD], until those backups are replaced.
• Payment records that Apple, Google or Stripe keep under their own policies.
• Error reports and server logs, for up to [ERROR REPORT RETENTION PERIOD] and [SERVER LOG RETENTION PERIOD].

Can’t sign in?

Sign in with the same Google, Apple or Discord account you used before, on the website or in the app, then follow the steps above.
